Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. Please let us know if you are not fully satisfied with any treatment, service or product purchase.
Personal Valuables
We provide lockers for your use, however we request that you leave all valuables items at home as we cannot assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Privacy
For those new to spa services, be assured that your privacy will always be respected. You will be fully draped or covered during all treatments.
Health Considerations
Please notify your therapist if you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart condition, physical disabilities, pregnant or other medical condition that may impact the services you are scheduled to receive.
Arrival / Late Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change and relax prior to your first service. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, every attempt will be made to perform the full service unless it affects another guest. If time does not permit performing the service you may be charged a late fee.
Cancellation
Appointments are held with a credit card. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate or other form of payment. We understand that at times it may be necessary to cancel or change an appointment. As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, we request that you give us adequate notice so that we have the opportunity to re-book the time reserved for you. i.e.
- 24 hours for individuals with less than 3 services scheduled.
- 48 hours for individuals with 3 or more scheduled services and groups of 3 or more.
Cancellation without adequate notice is subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged the full service fee for all scheduled services.
Children
Some Spa & Salon services are available for children when accompanied by parent or guardian. However, we request that you leave children at home to maximize the enjoyment of your experience as well as other guests.
Cell Phones
To ensure maximum enjoyment of your spa experience as well as other guests, please refrain from bringing cell phones.
Tipping
Tipping is purely discretionary on your part. Staff members appreciate any tips you may choose to give. 15%-20% is typical. For your convenience tips may be included when you pay with a credit card and the staff members you designate will receive the full tip amount. Please let the cashier know if you wish to include a gratuity.
Product Returns
Products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase if at least 75% full.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted.
Payment Options
Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We also accept SpaWeek gift certificates. However, SpaWeek gift certificates may not be used for tips or for custom group packages. We DO NOT accept SpaFinder or SpaWish gift cards.
